“Adrienne Kutz is a wonderful real estate agent, and an amazing human being. She helped me buy a house for my 94 year old mom, who has very specific needs because of her age and past health problems. From the very beginning Adrienne set me up with a specific search area in her RE/MAX website, and she tailored the search to my price range, house size, features, and price range; she also set me up with text notifications which were very useful, this allowed me to get a text message whenever a new property with my search criteria was posted, this was a totally unexpected ad-on to the search feature, which I very much appreciate. Adrienne helped me find a house after only one week of searching, we looked at several properties, and I always got her honest opinion about the area where they were located. I am especially thankful for that because I don't know the city very well since I come from another state. After I decided to place an offer on the house I liked, she made the whole process totally painless and every step was absolutely clear; real estate laws and regulations change from state to state and she knew exactly what to look for, how to negotiate on my behalf for additional concessions, etc. When it was needed she recommended experts to provide answers to my questions about the property, or about the buying process. She also recommended contractors for possible work to be done to the house, like replacing the water heater; and to top it all off, she arranged to have the seller's insurance company replace the roof with a new one, and she helped me negotiate to pay only half of the deductible. Of course, I am not saying that she could do the same for everyone of her clients, but I think she would try to get as many advantages for her customers, as she did for me. Adrienne has a great personality, and she is a true professional, her work ethic is of the highest level, she is compassionate and is genuinely interested in making her customers happy, She understands the process can be confusing at times and intimidating, and I think that helped her to get me those concessions I mentioned previously. Adrienne kept me in the loop on every single step of buying this house, she even spent her time and efforts resolving some concerns of mine which were a little weird on my part, I tend to over-think everything and analyze things that I should not, but she was very patient with me and resolved all my doubts. I am not going to say that we became close friends, but I sure consider her my friend after everything she has done to help me help my mom. I am very grateful that I called her and I would recommend her services to anyone without any reservations. In fact, when the time comes to sell the house, I will definitely call her to help me do it.
